There are times in life when you feel stuck, sad, angry, or indifferent. In these times, it is helpful to have a non-bias party be a mirror on your journey to becoming the best version of you that you can be. There are also times when clients have identified that familial traditions have held them captive or even hindered their growth. Processing those things will help you to identify the best path for you as you move forward to your big picture. I would love to assist you on that journey of becoming a better you.

LPC Clinical Supervision

This service will include weekly one hour individual meetings for professional development and assistance with tracking service hours in an effort for you to gain licensure within the state of Missouri. 

Individual and Group Coaching

This service is a one hour meeting of the minds for professional development of licensed professional counselors and licensed clinical social workers. We offer both one on one sessions and group sessions.

Work Shops

Workshops are built to be an educational experience on a selected topic that will allow the impartation of knowledge, review of real life scenarios, and provide tangible references for future use.
